Blind Spot Information System

If the MDX detects a vehicle in the next lane's alert zone while going over 20 MPH, an indicator appears on the side mirror. If you signal in the direction of that vehicle, the mirror indicator flashes, and a warning beep sounds.²⁰

Your favorite TV shows and movies are ready to watch with the push of a button. An available ultra-wide 16.2-inch display screen that allows to enjoy wide-format movies or play two images side-by-side. Want to have a private screening? Wireless connectivity is included with the Advance Package.

2nd Row Command Center

An available split screen means those in the back don't need to agree on what to watch. Included in the Entertainment Package.

Collision Mitigation Braking System™

Distractions happen, so the Collision Mitigation Braking System™ can help alert you to obstacles detected ahead. It's programmed to provide visual alerts when it determines a crash is possible - and if you don't react, it can brake for you.⁶¹

⁶¹CMBS with FCW cannot detect all objects ahead and may not detect a given object; accuracy will vary based on weather, speed, and other factors. System operation affected by extreme interior heat. FCW does not apply braking, and CMBS only is designed to mitigate crash forces. Depending on the circumstances, CMBS may not go through all the alert stages before initiating the last stage of collision mitigation. Driver remains responsible for safely operating vehicle and avoiding collisions.

Adaptive Cruise Control

Adaptive Cruise Control⁵³ lets you set the desired speed and maintain a set interval between you and the car detected ahead. That way you can enjoy cruise control even in light traffic conditions.

⁵³Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) cannot detect all objects ahead and may not detect a given object; accuracy will vary based on weather, speed and other factors. ACC should not be used in heavy traffic, poor weather or on winding roads. ACC only includes a limited braking function. Driver remains responsible for slowing or stopping the vehicle to avoid a collision.

Lane Keeping Assist System

Lane Keeping Assist System uses a forward-facing camera above the rear-view mirror to keep the MDX centered in a detected lane. If you begin to drift to the side, it will gently guide the car back to the middle of the lane.

Road Departure Mitigation System

To help your MDX stay on the road, the Road Departure Mitigation System uses a monocular camera to recognize roadways and solid lane lines. If the system detects that the MDX has drifted over road markings it will provide alerts, steering assist and if necessary, braking assist.

Rear Cross Traffic Monitor

Gain awareness of vehicles detected approaching from either side when backing up. Using the Multi-View Rear Camera, sound and arrow indicators will alert you when an approaching vehicle is detected. Included in the Technology Package

AcuraLink^®

Enjoy a whole assortment of features with available AcuraLink^®70. You can locate your car, or access a live concierge, and also remotely lock and unlock your doors. And in an emergency, location and diagnostic information can be sent and retrieved from the car. While many AcuraLink^® features are complimentary, others require a subscription.

Vehicle Stability Assist

In wet conditions, Vehicle Stability Assist^{TM 12} can reduce the dangers of over and under-steering and loss of traction by applying brakes at each wheel as needed and when necessary, reducing engine power.
