I had a recall on my 2005 Acura TSX. I brought the car in, and not only received a free fix on my recall, but also received an inspection and a free car wash. I was in and out in a day. The service was quick and I was happy to see what they had checked, my brakes and tires in addition to taking care of my recall. Very happy with the service here.

Great service. Always easy to schedule a service appointment. When you arrive, the check in is quick and easy. After checking in, you wait in a clean waiting room that includes a tv, coffee, water, soda, tea and light snacks. There is also free wireless. The service is always completed sooner than promised and they are good about informing you of issues,but not pressuring you to fix them; rather, they educate you as to what may or may not be necessary at the time. My 2005 TSX timing chain had skipped a couple of teeth while traveling out of town rendering my car helpless. I had it towed to a local dealership who provided me with an expensive repair option. Sensing that the dealer recognized that I was from out of town and possibly taking advantage of that fact, I opted to have my car towed to Piazza Acura of West Chester, PA where I had originally purchased the vehicle. Although, I used an alternative towing solution to get the vehicle to Piazza, everyone at Piazza that I dealt with went out of their way to assist me. Upon arrival, I was immediately alerted that the vehicle had arrived and that every effort to look into the situation would be done shortly - even though the Christmas holidays were in full swing. Long story short, Piazza technicians confirmed what the other dealer had told me was wrong with my vehicle, but offered a more reasonable estimate to make the repairs. Most importantly, I continued to maintain a sense of trust with what Stuart and the technicians had conveyed to me. All repairs were completed on time and within the original estimate - exceeding all of my expectations. In addition, to the immediate repair situation, I had an 'unusual noise' coming from underneath the hood whenever I made a sharp right-hand turn. It suddenly appeared when a local tire installer replaced my tires. I never told Piazza about the noise, but Piazza must have notice the rubbing sound and fixed that as well. All-in-all, the service and attention to detail by the Piazza dealership is the only reason why I continue to buy our cars from them and to have them serviced (if need be).

My power window broke on the way to work. I was freezing with the window open. I drove to the dealership and asked if they could help me. They were very professional and caring. After a long night made longer sitting on the Interstate 95 at 11pm to have a flat removed, the last thing I wanted was a delay in getting the flat replaced. The Piazza service team got me in at my convenience, replaced the tire and a comprehensive inspection done and, within an hour, I was on my way. With time being my greatest premium that day, I was still pleasantly relieved with the ease with which the intake, replacement and exit was done. I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle for service and know that they will work with me on anything that needs to be done. They will not do unnecessary service and try to save me money wherever they can. Bill walked through all of the diagnostic tests that were completed and explained them thoroughly to me. Excellent experience. I had an infrequent vibration noise in my 2010 Acura TL, which I researched as being due to one of three problems. Piazza Acura listened to my concerns (which I had written out) they arranged for an appointment with a loaner. I was called the next day with a progress report - they found the problem in the transmission software. Software upgrade was done and they kept the car another day to re-test (while I had a 2012 TL car loaner). Same service advisor called me the next day with further update. The staff knows me by name and treats me very nicely. Piazza Acura of West Chester runs a very professional operation. They do quality and reliable work that makes it worth it. Also as regards price, they are less expensive than many other dealers. I travel from Delaware to use them and plan to continue to do so. Great car and excellent service!!

I just purchased a 2012 Acura TSX last week. The whole experience was great. John Brescia and Ellsworth Rhedrick assisted me and my wife through the process. They were able to answer all of my questions. What was really is impressive is that when I picked up my car Ellsworth came out to the car with me and assisted in setting everything up. When I drove away my cell phone was linked via Bluetooth and my phone's address book was down loaded into the car. I was only a mile away from the dealer and I was able to call my wife from the car's hands free phone system.
I just rolled over 1,000 miles, and I have to say my Acura TSX is everything I expected and more.

This is an outstanding dealership. I have a 12 year old Acura that I bought new at this dealership. This is the only place it has been for service. We had an issue of the car stopping and John and all worked with me until they solved the problem. This Acura runs like a new car. Wow! I was so stressed because my battery had failed and I needed to be to work by 9am. I got a jump start and called Piazza on my way to work. The agent said - come as soon as possible and we may be able to take care of you and have you to work by 9 or else we will shuttle you. From the mechanic - who was so sweet - to Lee who kept me calm, people were professional and competent. Lee had to find a pin code for my GPS and had me on my way and I made it just in time. This is an outstanding dealership. They made my reservation to meet my time and needs. They knew what service I have had on my Acura and we discussed what would be a good list of service items for this visit.
I was greeted with very friendly people and all of my paper work was ready waiting for me. I had several questions in regard to my navigation system and it was answered in a very professional way telling me exactly what my options were. The cost of my visit was discussed with me before I signed the service agreement
I was shown the waiting area, and offered refreshments. The service was finished promptly and John Davenport explained all that was done to my Acura. I paid the bill and my car was waiting for me with an attendant holding the door for me and wishing me a happy day.
I can't imagine a better experience. I actually enjoy having my Acura serviced at Piazza Acura of West Chester. I thank everyone there. You all clearly made my day. As I drove home it was like driving a new Acura, and My Acura is 12 years old.

I received prompt and fast service from the time I pull my car in the parking lot until the time I leave. "Superior Service Experience"
I bought my TSX from Piazza Acura of West Chester 6 years ago, and I have been going back for service since then. The service is great, they are always very helpful and do a great job. Their Saturday hours are great and they are very flexible. I only recall a few times where I had to go in for service during the week. There is always coffee and cold drinks in the fridge and free internet in the waiting room. They offer specials via email and are always helpful when you are using them to ensure you get the best deal. I really appreciate a dealer that treats me fairly and I can trust.

"Exceptional Service "
Just purchased my 2010 MDX as took it in for a once over. Scheduled a service call online, and within a very short time engaged in a conversation with Marie to firm up the date and time. Once at their Service center, I was greeted promptly with plenty of "Hellos" and the door held open for me as I entered the Service desk area. I had a list of issues for them to review with me, and they took the time to document and cover each one thoroughly. In fact, some issues were discovered that required additional warranty repair, and the return visit was scheduled in the near future with a loaner car promised for the day. This is exactly what I would have expected for an Acura Service Dealer, and I hope this level of service continues as long as I own this vehicle. Exceptional service is what earns my continued business - so far, excellent.

Great service. I had a coupon for an oil and filter change. I came in, no appointment necessary, service was quick, I think 30 minutes total. During my wait, I had a nice talk with a salesman (Kevin Allen) and he was very nice. At the end of the service, Maurizio Mertoli, talked to me about recommended work (rear brakes) and we also had a good talk about the car in general. Nice atmosphere, feels like how an Acura dealership should be. I recommend it!

Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone is polite and friendly. The service is exceptional. They honored the factory warranty even though it expired two months ago. They are ethical, prompt and easy to talk to. I have bypassed cheaper chain service stations to bring my car here, because I know, they are not going to cheat me or sell me service I don't need.

I purchased my car at Piazza Acura six years ago, and have returned for every service since. They always have plenty of service advisors handy, even the waiting experience is pleasant (valets for your car, coffee/soda in the quiet waiting area). They often will have loaner cars if you need as well. They do not try to up-sell you with stuff you don't need, and if you do not want to do a suggested service, they are always understanding.

Mr. Mertoli was very friendly and informative. I had my car serviced for a routine oil change and inspection. The associate explained each point of inspection to me. He also showed me my cabin and engine filter and suggested I change the filters soon. I felt no pressure to purchase that day, and the associate even informed me that I could have the filters changed at my next service appointment. I purchased one of the filters that day. After a few experiences at Piazza Acura of West Chester, I will not take my car anywhere else. This dealer offers multiple coupons that can be used together, which is another positive. The service is great. The employees are friendly and honest. I have 5 Acuras in my family. This dealer has made owning my first car and Acura a joy.

I wanted to give a positive response concerning my service on October 24th. At approximately 3pm, I sustained a flat tire while exiting I-95 onto Naaman's Road. While waiting for AAA, I phoned and spoke with Marie, who immediately instructed me to come over when I could. I arrived close to 5pm and was taken immediately by Maurizio Mertoli. He was extremely understanding and efficient. The tire was obviously unrepairable so I opted to replace the 2 fronts, since there was some wear on the other tire as well. I was in and out in less than an hour with the car. That was amazing without an appointment.

"Excellent Customer Service"
Just wanted to write a brief note to commend one of your employees. This past Friday, October 7th, my 2003 MDX broke down on me. It was about 4:30pm and I called the Service Department. It seemed like many people were gone for the day, but Maurizio answered the phone. I explained my situation, that I was near Limerick and my car was on the back of a tow truck and disabled. My main concern was being able to get a loaner vehicle over the weekend, and getting my car fixed ASAP. Maurizio did an outstanding job and was able to work things out so that I could take my car to Piazza Acura of West Chester and get a loaner. I arrived a little past 6pm - due to horrible traffic on 422 and 202 and Maurizio was there waiting for me. He helped me get checked in, got me a loaner vehicle and on my way. I got a call from Stuart on Monday, October 10, and it seems the problem was a cracked radiator. Piazza Acura of West Chester quickly repaired my car on Monday, and as usual, Stuart was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I just wanted to make note of the fine work that Maurizio did and his excellent customer service skills. Maurizio made a rather hectic day, much less stressful for me. I am glad to be back in my repaired car!!

The new RL that we bought a little over a month ago had a nail in the tire and the check rear tire light came up on the dashboard. This of course is absolutely no fault of the car and the tire had to be plugged at a cost of $24. Darren was kind enough to waive the charge for the repair, which I felt was very appropriate since I had just purchased a $50K car from your dealership. I have leased an Acura from Piazza prior to this one and was very satisfied therefore, returning for another. Mark was very knowledgeable about the product. He told me if I had any other questions to call and I did also receive a call from Linda Black to let me know if Mark wasn't there, I could always speak with her. I think that is a wonderful process! Mark was very helpful and addressed any questions we had in a timely fashion. He took his time with us, no rushing, to explain the options on the truck. Overall, this was a good experience and why we came back for another Acura MDX. Everything was complete when we arrived and it went quickly and smoothly. I had questions about the back up sensors. Mark took the time to go over the basics of the truck prior to me taking possession.

From the paperwork I have the Service Advisor's name - Zachary Jardine. He introduced me to the gentleman, who serviced my car, but unfortunately, I didn't make a mental note of his name. In any event, both of these gentlemen took the time to listen to my somewhat convoluted description of the noise, took the suspect door apart, and corrected the problem. "Fast and Easy Car Buying"
It was an easy transaction. I was moving from a Honda Pilot and undecided between the RDX and the TSX wagon. When we visited the dealership for the first time, we were able to test drive both cars. I was not ready to commit one way or the other. We were not overly pressured and when I decided that I wanted the wagon, I emailed the dealership asking for the price of the car delivered with the accessories I wanted. My email was answered promptly by Suzi Hendrixson. I called the dealership with a credit card number to hold the car, they faxed me a credit application, which I filled out and faxed back. My wife and I went to Piazza Acura of West Chester a few days later for delivery. Everyone was great; it was an easy and pleasant transaction that I have ever experienced. I would shop at Piazza Acura of West Chester again, without hesitation! Oh and I love my new car!!

I have tried many other repair sites, trying to save a little bit of money, but I have never received the level of service, that I get from Piazza. At Piazza, the problems are always fixed right, the first time. I know sometimes going back to the dealership may cost more, but you definitely receive what you pay for. Alicia was an excellent sales rep for Acura. Her knowledge of the product from the time I test drove the vehicle to taking delivery was terrific. She has a very nice way about her, personable yet professional. She was knowledgeable and anything she felt needed confirmation about, she wasn't shy to double check just to be sure we were satisfied. The dealership has been very accommodating as far as working with us negotiating, delivery time of auto, working with my schedule for the after delivery installation of running boards and the loaner of a car plus coupon for a car wash. So far, I have been very pleased and love my MDX! Of course, I heard from people at work that I would not be disappointed with the personnel at the dealership, which is partially why I sought out Piazza Acura of West Chester. I am writing to comment on the quality of service that I receive at Acura of West Chester. I am the proud owner of a 2004 Acura TL which I have serviced at this facility. I have owned many cars over the past fifty some years and I have always been leery when they required Inspection or service. My feeling of uneasiness came from the fact that they always found something in need of repair or replacement. I have never had these bad vibes when I take my car for service to Piazza Acura of West Chester. Cordial workers greet me upon entering. Service writers are pleasant, knowledgeable and anxious to serve. Mechanics are excellent. Last but not least is the service manager, Darren Griffith. He is patient, understanding, and never too busy to listen to my concerns,and alleviate them. The best word to describe the feeling I have when I speak with Mr. Griffith and those working in his service department, is trust.

On Saturday February 26, my wife and I entered Piazza Acura to test drive an Acura RDX. We were greeted by a salesman named Brett Green. We talked briefly about the RDX and then took a test drive. My wife and I completely fell in love with the car. Before the test drive, we thought we were interested. After the test drive, we were convinced that we did not want to consider any other make of crossover. What happened after this is the best part. During our married life, we had been in many different auto dealerships, but the way we were treated at Piazza was the best experience we have ever had. We are still talking about our best car buying experience. Brett Green is the ultimate professional salesman. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, genuinely concerned, and very patient. We never felt pressured in any way. We especially appreciated the negotiating phase of the transaction. He gave us an initial price, we told him what we wanted. He came back with a counter offer and we have waited 15 to 20 minutes between these rounds. At Piazza it was 5 minutes at the most. He did not have to bring his sales manager or someone else to try to convince us that they were doing us a big favor. The business manager, Michael Spillman, was a pleasure to deal with. He got our names correct on all the forms. Everything was explained clearly and to our satisfaction. When we initally approached Piazza, we were apprehensive about what we were about to go through. Piazza has convinced us that there are still some really good businesses that we can enjoy dealing with. You can be certain that we will tell our friends and relatives about your excellent dealership. By the way, we love the RDX more every day!!

Everything was great, as always. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate the professionalism of the service people, especially John, who always let's me know exactly what I need and is honest to tell me what can wait and what cannot. The internet sales manager, Suzi Hendrickson, was very good and professional. I will be back in the spring to purchase an MDX from Piazza Acura of West Chester. I have spoken to and met over 25 car salespeople before meeting Mark Hutchinson. Without a doubt, Mark is the best. I have purchased Acura cars for 23 years since 1987. I love Acuras. They are fun to drive, very comfortable and reliable. I have never had an Acura car stall or break down on the road. We purchased a Used Acura from another Acura dealership. Shortly after 2 months the transmission broke. We contacted them and were told to bring it to the closest dealer, which was Piazza Acura. After diagnosis, Piazza confirmed the transmission was bad along with a broken motor mount and rear strut. This first Acura dealership would give us no help and said it was our problem. The cost of the repair was $4800. Piazza Acura was willing to go to bat for us and negotiated a repair price with Acura Corp. that was just a fraction of the original price. When the original Acura dealership let us down, Piazza Acura stepped up to the plate. They even gave us a brand new 2010 Acura TL as a loaner car while ours was being repaired. Mike Casey, the sales manager was a phenomenial individual. He was a class act, he operates with a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Darren the service manager and John from service, were both excellent. This is my fifteenth Acura and the fifth from this dealership. Bob Ruhno was my salesperson and was great. Three of my family members have purchased from this dealership as a result of my recommendation. Great dealership!
