I have spoken to and met over 25 car salespeople before meeting Mark Hutchinson. Without a doubt, Mark is the best.  No one else was as thorough in explaining the car, taking the time to carefully demonstrate features, etc.  That type of impression is long lasting and I am certain this makes Mark very successful.  I will cetainly think about Mark and recommend him to all my friends and family who are looking for new cars.  Keep up the good work!

"It's worth the 30 minute drive..."

I have an Acura dealership closer to my home, but I have and will continue to drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Piazza Acura of West Chester.  This is the place for all of my Acura service needs.  I have always been treated well and they have truly earned my business.

I would like to thank the great folks at West Chester ACURA and the service department - especially Darren Griffith, John Davenport and Gail Smith for taking the great care of the 1989 RED Legend all these years.  We made it to 321,000+ miles!!!  The car will be 'officially retired' 8/11 - which is exactly 21 years to the day when I first took the keys.  Super piece of work from ACURA.  I hope someday to be back in another 'legendary' ACURA.

"Excellent Service"

We purchased a Used Acura from another Acura dealership. Shortly after 2 months the transmission broke. We contacted them and were told to bring it to the closest dealer, which was Piazza Acura. After diagnosis, Piazza confirmed the transmission was bad along with a broken motor mount and rear strut.  This first Acura dealership would give us no help and said it was our problem. The cost of the repair was $4800. Piazza Acura was willing to go to bat for us and negotiated a repair price with Acura Corp. that was just a fraction of the original price. When the original Acura dealership let us down, Piazza Acura stepped up to the plate. They even gave us a brand new 2010 Acura TL as a loaner car while ours was being repaired. John in the service department was great. Thanks!
